A host is the person running a webinar and invites participants to join.

A participant is a person(s) attending the webinar. Participants do not need Cloudpresenter accounts; they can simply follow the link in their invitation from their desktop, phone or other mobile device.

Every Cloudpresenter plan comes with one host license and a host can hold unlimited webinars. If you want to run more than one webinar at a time, you will need to purchase additional licenses. Contact our team to discuss our enterprise plan.

You can purchase a plan directly for up to 1,000 participants. You can run events up to 10,000 on Cloudpresenter - please contact our sales team and we’ll provide the best solution for your organization.
After you sign up, we will inform you via email how you can upgrade. You can upgrade via the website at any time, and you will also find an upgrade link in your Cloudpresenter Account Center.
All plans include the same feature rich presentation tools, our Pro and Business plans have custom branding, recording and additional participants. If you contact our sales team, we would be happy to discuss your needs and find the plan that’s exactly right for you.

No — you don’t have to sign up for a long-term plan. You can use Cloudpresenter on a month-to-month rolling basis.
Yes — if you pay annually you will receive 2 months absolutely free each year.
You can cancel your Cloudpresenter plan at any time on the website. Just log in at cloudpresenter.com and navigate to My payments. Please note that if you cancel your plan it will run to the end of your billing cycle as we cannot refund or pro-rata payments. For example, if you were to cancel on week two of a monthly plan, the plan would still be active for two weeks until the end of that term. If you were to cancel on week two of an annual plan, the plan would still be active for 11.5 months until that billing cycle was complete.
We use Stripe to process secure payments. Depending on your country, we accept Visa and Mastercard. For Enterprise customers we can accept a bank transfer. Contact our team to discuss our enterprise plans.
Chrome v34+ or higher (recommended for best performance) or Firefox 34+ or higher are recommended, however Edge can also be used. For more details on this please see our System Requirements.

A standard Cloudpresenter account is for users who need individual or company accounts to run their daily meetings, webinars, and virtual classrooms. Cloudpresenter is unique in that we include webinars with moderation features in every account. All of our plans are built for professionals.

A Cloudpresenter Enterprise account is for organizations, businesses and educational institutions looking to deploy across their entire organization and want to integrate their systems with our API. Unlimited accounts allow you to empower everyone to use video conferences, run webinars, and teach. Licenses are designed for your size and required capacity, with ample room for customization.
